Future Perfect is an arts organisation based in Aberdeen. We support a variety of artists to create performance and produce arts events. Future Perfect is a company limited by guarantee, based in Scotland (Company Number ).

How do we collect your Information?
You give us information when you sign up for our mailing list, contact us via our hello@ email address, apply for a job or communicate with us.

Our mailing lists
As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; and to check every now and then that you’re happy to still be on our contact list. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice.

Access to our mailing list is strictly controlled and only used by core members of the Future Perfect team.

Our basis for processing your personal information and what we use it for
We aim to be clear when we collect your data and not to do anything you wouldn’t reasonably expect.
We may tell you about events, performances both in the UK and Internationally. Occasionally, we may include information in these communications from partner organisations or other arts organisations. You can opt out from these marketing communications at any time – every email sent to you will tell you how to do this.

Future Perfect website
Our website is hosted by wordpress. When someone visits Automattic, who represent wordpress, collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns as well as information our site visitors provide directly to the site . This information is used to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. Automattic may share visitor information with 3rd party organisations that has been aggregated or de-identified. You can find out more information here
