Made with potatoes from the garden!
- Preheat the oven to 180 fan.
- Boil the potatoes and then simmer until tender. Drain and mash with a splash of milk and some butter. Season with ground black pepper.
- Meanwhile, melt a knob of butter in another pan with a little flour and maybe some onions. Sitr gently for 1 -2 mins. Gradually add milk and boil until thickened.
- Take off the heat and stir in fish and vegetables. Spoon into an ovenproof dish.Spoon the potato on top and sprinkle with cheese. Pop in the oven for 20 – 25 mins or until golden and bubbling at the edges.
(note, don’t let toddler turn oven up to 240 whilst your not looking!)
